You have an almost unlimited choice of fabric. We are happy to send samples for your approval, or you may supply us with your own fabric. How we build...
metroline frames (except the Annex Sofabed) are built with hardwood; no cardboard, pressboard, or softwood is used ever. Frames are built one-by-one as ordered. We use Pirelli webbing as support. Double Dacron-wrapped High-Density foam seats are cut individually; they fit properly and don't slide out when you sit. Seats are interchangeable and reversible to extend wear. Dacron-wrapped Holofil back cushions are also reversible and interchangeable (Holofil is a crimped and siliconized polyester - it won't pack down). We use metal zippers for strength and no cushions are ever sewn shut, so you can reverse, refluff and clean the cushions easily.!
